
Astepro | Feel Sexy Fast Social Campaign
In spring of 2023, Lippe Taylor launched Bayer's new, revolutionary nasal spray: Astepro. Naturally, we partnered with White Lotus star Meghann Fahy to spoof those over-the-top fragrance commercials in "Feel Sexy Fast."
Bayer's Astepro is the first ever nasal spray on the market to start working in 30 minutes without any steroids or antihistamines. The brand wanted to change the way allergy sufferers approached every day life and wanted to give them the freedom to be spontaneous, even when symptoms weighed them down.
After a year of concepting and collaborating with multiple creative agencies, Lippe Taylor finally the bid to launch the new product. So, how did we do it?
As the Digital team lead for Lippe Tayler on our Bayer portfolio, I worked with our analytics team to conduct social listening across platforms to uncover an incredible insight that became the center of our campaign – people don't feel sexy when their allergies kick in.
After countless rounds of concepts and pitches, we landed on Feel Sexy Fast; a spoof campaign that would look convincingly like a real fragrance commercial that put White Lotus star Meghann Fahy at the forefront of being ready at a moment's notice when opportunity called. To take it one step further, we even created a real, limited-edition fragrance called La Spontanéité that we gifted influencers, PR agencies, and incorporated into a social media giveaway, along with $500 to those who followed and tagged a friend on Instagram.
My role as Digital team lead was to work with our analytics team to uncover insights, inform creative and social strategy, then build out the actual campaign's roll-out, in addition to the roll-out plan and execution for Meghann Fahy. I also collaborated with our Paid Media lead to develop paid strategy and optimization with KPIs across social platforms. When the campaign was complete, we followed up with our recap report.
